The Corporation conducts its affairs for the benefit of the membership and the civil improvement, operation, maintenance, management, ownership, and handling of the various amenities and recreational facilities of Diamondhead.
The Board of Directors, appointed by the members in good standing, shall consist of four (4) elected officers, the immediate Past President, and six (6) other individuals who are appointed through an election process.
